When you choose your personalised treats, you’ll be asked for the date you need them. We aim to dispatch them 2 days before that date. Please allow 3 working days for baking, icing, and shipping. Need a last-minute order? Get in touch and we’ll try to help!

All of our ingredients are listed on our Ingredients & Storage page. Everything is dog-safe and preservative-free.

They’re best enjoyed within 5–7 days. Refrigerate or freeze for up to 3 months.

We currently only ship within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) to keep our fresh treats at their best.

Via Royal Mail or Evri 1st Class. Express shipping is available (1 day from dispatch), but we still need 3 days to make them.
