When should I order my treatos?
When selecting your yummy treatos and adding your personalisation, you are asked to provide the date that you require your treatos. This is then added to a diary with a date to bake and a date to dispatch.
We aim to get your treats to you 2 days before they are required We need at least 3 working days to bake, ice and ship your yummy treatos. If you have a last minute request drop us an email and we will see if we can squeeze you in.

All ingredients are listed under the
ingredients and storage section, including care instructions.
How long do your treatos last?
Our products do not contain preservatives, therefore the shelf life is naturally shorter. We advise to consume them with 5-7 days if they are kept in the fridge and stored as instructed.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently just ship to the U.K. and Northern Ireland due to the fact our products do not contain preservatives, therefore the shelf life is naturally shorter.
How do you ship our treatos?
Our treatos are sent 1st Class with Royal Mail. You can upgrade to Express delivery for a faster 1 day delivery (from dispatch - we need at
least 3 days to bake and ice your treatos)
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns ,as they are all baked to order and personalised. We are not responsible for any damaged/lost/late items due to the postal service used. However if you have a problem with your order please get in touch with us.

Yes, of course! We would be delighted to make your dream creations come true! Just drop us an email and we will get back in touch to discuss.

Yes, we can offer a wholesale price and discount. Just drop us an email to discuss.
